• Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• We have a 2 night minimum stay.
• Check in time is 3:00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.
• Check out time is 11:00 am, unless other arrangements have been made.
• All rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to 5% GST.
• A deposit is charged to the guest’s credit card to secure the booking. The deposit amount is equal to half of the rental fee or $500, whichever is less.
• Cancellations must be received in writing (by mail, fax or email) at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental period. The deposit will then be refunded, less a $35.00 administration fee.
• No deposit refund will be made for cancellations less than 60 days, unless we are able to re-rent the property on that date.
• Guests who do not arrive on the date reserved, nor inform the owners within 24 hours of the arrival date, will forfeit their reservation and all sums paid.
• No refund is given for early departure.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the MountainSide Guest House.
• Dogs are permitted with prior approval.
• Families with children are welcome.
